CoCo University
CoCo University is an in-house training and development program available to all
Communication Concepts' employees. Its mission is to provide training and education for our employees not often available in the normal
workplace. Classes are offered seasonally in 2-hour segments free of charge to all employees, and focus primarily on Life
Skills and Technical Systems training.
CoCo University utilizes a combination of in-house instructors, manufacturers’ representatives, industry experts and hands-on training
(hear, see, do). Classes focus on the sharing and development of knowledge, skills and experience to strengthen not only the individual,
but the organization as a whole.
